The Asylum, consisting of FATboy, Psychotic & Pukka Sole, performed at the Chicago Theatre for WGNRadio's "Chicago Live" with Lupe Fiasco as a featured guest interviewee. They were interviewed by Kyra Kyles (Jet Magazine columnist) and Jennifer Weigel (Chicago Tribune columnist) as well as making it on the Red Eye in the March 9th, 2011 issue. The group also performed for the J-Aid 2011 Benefit Concert for Japan in Chicago at one of the City Colleges of Chicago, Harold Washington College.

TJ Ward, the latest artistic representative from Chicago is a recording artist/singer/songwriter who aims to carry on the tradition of R&B music for this generation. His creative concepts, clever lyrics & catchy melodies reflect the experiences of a young man's journey through life, love & relationships. TJ's ability to convey his journey through song proves that authentic musicianship can exist in this era. The future of R&B music looks as bright as its greatest moment with the arrival of TJ Ward.
